What do we offer?
Have any of you seen decorative items made of metal that would decorate the house and surrounding area? There are many ready-made solutions, but you still need to look for them, and our company offers cutting thin metal with the ability to create interesting things that can make your interior practical, cozy and comfortable.
We all have many things that are similar to each other. It seems that every little thing around us is unique, but if you look from a different angle, then everything is the same for us, just like in Soviet times.
Renovation is the thing that can make our space and place of rest unique, but in this matter we draw ideas from other people, which means we get the same thing as others.
Little things, they can become invisible to the eye, but there are benefits and this is good news. Have you ever seen a program where a whole team of craftsmen is engaged in the construction and renovation of one home within a week? Everyone is busy with their own business, the totality of which realizes all design plans and desires. Bring metal elements to life using CNC plasma by choosing a location for them and calculating the dimensions in advance.
Our company offers a new technology that allows you to create unique things by cutting thin metal of the thickness you need. The entire cutting process takes place on a robotic machine capable of processing drawings of any complexity.
Our technology is reminiscent of the work of an office plotter, on which stickers or badges are usually created, but in our case the cutter is a plasma beam.
Plasma is the fourth state of matter, coming after the gaseous state as a result of a constant increase in temperature. CNC work is considered economical, because all decorative elements (hooks, hangers, figurines, apartment numbers or house addresses, and much more) are correctly distributed on the iron sheet.
The technology is accurate and has no errors. The edges of the cuts do not require further processing, which means any created part can be immediately sent for painting.
An analogue of our plasma is a laser machine. The laser beam is a little thinner, but the edges of the cuts must subsequently be processed to remove sagging and scale. This method of working with metal also takes 4 times longer than our machine with a plasma cutter.
Advice! Look for interesting drawings on the Internet, use our database of ready-made layouts, or create your own sketches.
