A little about plasma
Metal stairs mean durability, and recently also beauty. We are accustomed to seeing metal stairs exclusively on the streets, where even the weather cannot negatively affect them for a long time.
With the plasma cutting service, our company can offer a unique opportunity to use stairs not only on the street, but also at home. This is one of the attractions of housing, which means you should definitely take care of practicality and beauty!
Composite and wooden stairs have a number of disadvantages that are completely absent in the stairs of our production. The most common problem with wood is that it dries out, changes shape, cracks form, which then have to be eliminated and covered up. Over time, the dials give backlash, become loose, and emit an irritating squeak that can drive even the strongest of us crazy.
As we said above, our metal staircase, made with a CNC plasma cutter, is completely free from the problems mentioned above.
What are our advantages
The staircase usually has a simple appearance if the structure is metal. We are accustomed to seeing the flight of imagination of craftsmen in wooden versions, but metal was deprived of such a privilege.
Before plasma cutting services, only a blacksmith could work well with metal, who thought through the appearance of not only the steps, but also the railings of the fences. Agree, the work of iron craftsmen is almost always beautiful, production takes a lot of time, and therefore the cost cannot be low.
Our company has found an economical way that allows you to create carved steps, supports, and railings. Now drawings of any complexity can be easily realized with a CNC plasma cutter.
A little about plasma
Plasma is the fourth state of matter after liquid, solid and gas. The temperature of the substance in this state is very high, which is capable of cutting metal sheets up to 200 mm thick.
The operating speed of the machine is high and is 4 times faster than laser cutting. After work, no scale remains, but as the thickness of the metal increases, it is necessary to expand the contours of the drawn elements a little so as not to experience loss in size when operating the plasma cutter.
Since the installation is computerized, it can be given any 2D drawing that you can find on the Internet, create yourself, find in our database (there are more than 100,000 copies in the collection) or ask our craftsmen to make a layout for you from scratch.
